1.Samsung Galaxy S9

                                                                               Samsung releases a Galaxy S flagship in Q1 of every year, so 2018 will be no  different. 5.Xiaomi Mi Mix 2

Xiaomi shook the industry last year with its Mi MIX concept phone that was pretty close to a bezel-less design, and next year company is expected to take the game to next level by revealing Mi MIX 2.

Rumors say that this time screen-to-body ratio of device will be a whooping 93% compared to the 91.3% of its predecessor. When it comes to getting rid of bezels, the Apple of China is giving a tough competition to everyone else.

7.Nokia 9

While there were doubts about the existence of a Nokia 9 flagship smartphone after it became clear that we’re getting a Nokia 8 first, the doubts went away when a latest leak from Nokia Power User came out.

The leak confirms that Nokia 9 has not gone anywhere and it’ll actually be the flagship product of company in true sense, as Nokia 8 is aimed to target the segment between high-end flagships and mid-range smartphones.

Nokia 9, on the other hand, will be a high-end upcoming smartphone by Nokia from almost all angles, as evident from its rumored specs given below.

8.OnePlus 6

The mantra of OnePlus is “Never Settle”, so how can we expect them to settle with launch of OnePlus 5? The work on successor of this premium smartphone has already begun, and though it seems to be in very early stages right now, we’ve still got to know one thing about the device – the location of its fingerprint sensor.

The company said in a recently held Reddit AMA that it’s considering relocation of fingerprint sensor to back of smartphone for its next generation flagship (aka OnePlus 6). Besides that we can rely on the specs sheet of OnePlus 5 and other rivals to expect what may be packed inside this upcoming smartphone by OnePlus:

9.Google Pixel 3

Google Pixel 3 will also be coming next year. While this year’s Pixel 2 is going to look and work largely like its predecessor, the hopes are high for next year’s Pixel.

 

Rumors already suggest that LG, HTC, TCL and Coolpad are already competing against each other to manufacture the upcoming smartphone by Google. So we can certainly expect some radical redesign and top of the line specs from this device coming next year.

10.Xiaomi Mi 7

Finally, there’ll be another major upcoming smartphone by Xiaomi next year besides MIX 2, which will be known as Mi 7. The company kickstarted this year with a successful launch of Mi 6, so we can expect the Mi 7 to continue that tradition.

The device is expected to come with a 6-inch display and may be launched sometime in April, the time when its predecessor was launched. Besides that we can expect a Snapdragon 845 processor, 6GB of RAM and some other premium stuff in it. So its specs sheet may look like the one given below:

So these’re top 10 smartphones going to launch in 2018. The specs given above are based on the best of my assumptions, but as I said above, specifications of many of these smartphones may change by the time of their launch as many of these devices are in very early stages of development.
